At Gorgworld, every piece is created with intention, precision, and care. Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through gorgworldstudio.com are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

This policy applies to:

  • Art prints

  • Canvas artworks

  • Decorative objects

  • Limited or special editions

  • Any made-to-order or custom pieces

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit of equal value

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.

3. Shipping & Handling

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Damage caused by incorrect handling after delivery

  • Lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or material textures

  • Minor variations are part of the artistic process and do not qualify as defects

These variations are not considered valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.

5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
